You are correct that it needs + ; problem is this is escaped out to space. So everyone click on the link and when it 404s on you replace - with + in the link!

I can't see any + to substitute!

Good catch Nick

Posting the URL directly gets around the escaping of + to %20.

Apart from a newspaper, a few extra bits in your amenity kit and "express economy baggage reclaim" is there anything of substance.

Am I missing something - I cannot see anything that's new in the list of what you get - where's the "beefing up"?

safety net for those who are no longer rich enough(...) to travel Business but have too few tattoos and body piercings to feel entirely comfortable among the denizens of Zoo Class.

I think Decker is referring to the dumbing down of the Upper Class Amenity kit - PE's kit is very good in comparrison!

and the article refers to it as an improvement in PE... :)

liked the para

"By rights, Virgin Atlantic should have called its Premium Economy cabin Middle Class"

for those that were not flying virgin 10 years or so ago, PE was originally called Mid-Class but was changed to PE so as to not dilute business class, ie UC traffic

No, I got what he meant - and its nothing that Decker has said - its the article - it talks about improvements to PE and I cannot find any improvements - everything listed is - I beleive- already available to PE passengers:D

Ignorant remark about tattoos and piercings.

No doubt an indication of the quality of the rest of the artical. I gave up reading newspapers in 1984, and pompous stories like this were one of the reasons. Maybe I should expand it to the media in general.
