OK you lot, which one of you have stolen my return flight from MCO? [ii]
I have just checked my booking on the VS website and my outward sector is still there but the return is now missing. I have my suspicions.........[}:)]
I have noticed that the flight time for the VS16 has changed would this be the main reason why the information is missing from the site? Do I need to give the premier team a call?

Yup - this seems to be almost standard practice when a flight time has changed. If it's your outbound, the whole flight can disappear [:0]

So - give 'em a call, they'll sort it out and advise you of any changes ;)

You will be contacted in Due Course, but this may not be until 10 days (or less!) before your flight, so for peace of mind, its worth ringing up to find out about the changes.

Hope this helps.

Juliet is adsolutely correct. If you still want to be sure you are seated where you prefer and not where you may be placed be proactive and contact them, do not wait only to find the best seats have all been allocated!

On a related matter if you make a change to one segment, say outbound LHR-LAX from the VS023 to the VS007 for example but do not change your inbound segment you are likely to find the seat you chose for the inbound will have gone back into the pool so you will need to re-assign that seat via the website or by telephone.
