I've been trying to book a flight all day even tried the USA, site and it's the same problem So I will try again later.

My partner has just got back from work in the Concorde House office, and the system has been playing up all day.

And they havn't even changed to the new logo on the holding page.

BT, who provide a lot of the connectivity for other ISP's have had horrendous problems all day with their Broadband Service nationwide.

We have their 8MB service and it has been dropping out all day, also when it is up we get CRC errors continously which does not help the situation.

The VA site seems to be having compounding problems of it's own as well.

In all honesty, by using the website you are only saving VS money. There is no longer any bonus (beside the recent money off OLCI offer) to book or manage your FC account online. I get a monthly paper statement on odd shaped paper mail from to the USA from the UK. I would gladly give that up for say a 10,000 bonus miles .
