I suppose in this day and age where everything seems to leave a carbon footprint recycling the suits as much as possible makes sense. I've never felt that my sleep suit has been anything other than new though, then again I've never found a hair in mine.

I'd give them about 10 washes before they come a bit crusty...

I think they have always been recycled. So not really a decline.
