...be warned - their latest research has shown than 90% of customers leave the shower gel and shampoo behind.

Don't expect them there for long [:w]

(Don't worry maranello, I'm just being facetious. Yes, they have showers, and they're absolutely fine :))

Fantastic - apparently people leave newspapers and magazines behind as well, guess they're heading for the cuts too!

The showers in the LHR Clubhouse can also double as a steamroom. Ask the staff how to use it, and turn it on as soon as you go into your changing room - takes a few mins to get the steam going.

thanks for the reply guys, another question, which may sound a little silly, do they have lockers etc to store your belongings when you're using the shower?

(this will be my first time using a lounge with shower facilities etc, so i do apologise for being ignorant)

Each shower is it's own little lockable bathroom, with it's own lav, sink and shower cubicle. There's a shelving unit for towels, a bench for getting dressed, and a couple of clothes pegs - though a little more space or different types of hanging for clothes would be welcome.

You can check your other belongings, such as bags, with the porter, on the left just as you go in.

Cheers,
Mike

Hi. I've just booked LHR-LAX-LHR with Air New Zealand in C class. The tickets are redemption of BMI points. The ANZ office tell me I can use the Clubhouse at LHR-is this correct and if so am I allowed to pre-book treatments?
