Fastrack at LHR T3?

Hi,

Currently, is Fastrack at T3 still operational for F/J pax ( and UC Gold) and how long is it taking to clear security.

I'm off to Delhi on Monday 21st August ( I realise a lot can happen in the next week)but just wondering how bad the queues are currently.

Fastrack was open today in T3... no idea how fast it was though!

Is IRIS open?

I came through LHR with the family (four of us altogether) on Friday flying to SFO in PE. We were al put through Fast Track by the very nice checkin agent even though I was the only member of the party entitled to use it. It was open and it made a massive difference. We cleared security in about 15 mins whilst the main security queue was already 30 yards out into the terminal at 7am in the morning.
