Yup - that works, ALTHOUGH:

You're actually asking for a Flying Club function, so you should really be calling through to your Flying Club number...

Don't try it on like certain groups/individuals though - that is calling Gold or Upper when you're not, as you will be asked to call back on the right number.

Thanks,
Richard

Thanks guys.

A faster response on here than Flying Club Red helpline (gave up at thirty minutes!).

Cheers,

Sorry to maybe ask another stupid/obvious question[:I], but If im upgrading to UC using miles from PE, can I ring the UC Premier team or do I still have to ring my normal Red one?

Any flying club activity SHOULD go through your flying club number - that's what they're there for.

If you're discussing an Upper Class booking, then I doubt the premier guys would turn you away, but the correct route is through Flying Club.

Thanks Paul - every time I have called FC Red I have gotten through really quickly and they have always been ultra helpful[y]so no probs with them at all, just wondered for my own inquisitiveness really.

Hi all,

Just thought I'd let you know how I got on with my call...

I've been watching out for reward seats to LAX in upper for a certain date for months now. Having booked to EWR with an internal to LAX, I got ever so excited last night when a pair of seats suddenly appeared on-line.

So at about 11pm last night I tried Upper Class reservations to change the flight...about to give up after 40 minutes of hold adverts, when it was answered by the US Upper Reservation team. Didn't catch her name, but she totally exceeded my expectations - polite, helpful, friendly. Now I can see why so many people on here comment how good these guys are!

...all I need now is a lottery win and I'd travel Upper everytime!!

Thanks,

Neil
