I'm fully confident 2nd HKG will come back... at the very least its needed to satisfy large corporate contracts in Upper... and HKG has such a strong VFR and connecting OZ traffic that it should never go out with seats free down the back.
To all current VS crews and staffs, thank you for all your valuable information. I think I sort of understand why VS has postponed the 2nd services to HKG. I am a guy from HKG and recently had a crew interview with VS, but have received a waiting letter due to the reason of this (VS used to hire 105 ppl for the 2nd services but only hired 30 something at last. I guess they have kept those potentials in their waiting list and will back in touch when the 2nd service arise).
Thank you V-Ben for the above information. HKG people who have the same situation as me are very confusing. They dream to become VS FA and the news was shocked them. However, your information will comfort them. Well, I guess.
