Hi

I had this problem the other day with my flight back from MIA.

Rang flying club and they advised me that there had been a schedule change to the flight (departing MIA 70 mins later).[:0]

Consequently the seat plan was not available, after they had advised me I went back online and it was available again.[y]

Same here.
Our flight from JFK ( Nov 18th) was showing on line last week, but then it dissappeared.
Rang VS and the departure time had changed by 5 minutes. Flight/seatplan now showing.

The online viewing of bookings with VS tends to fall down when a flight schedule change occurs.

Just give VS a call and by them accessing your booking, it should show the seat map online again.

i have only experienced this once before on a return leg from Cape Town. When i arrived at the airport all PE seats were taken and i was given an operational upgrade to UC. Fingers crossed

Try OLCI 24 hours before. Should be able to allocate you seats then and you wont have to leave it till last minute
