Limo in Shanghai

I am staying at the Hyatt in Shanghai this month and the hotel has offered to send a limo to collect us - Should I take the hotel or the Virgin limo or is it basically the same ?

Much the same. With the VS limo there is a desk in the landside hall where you can enquire if there are any problems.
