What Fare Class?

My folks recently upgraded (the nightmare thread) and as this is there first VS flight I thought I'd register then to try and get the Miles More Friends bonus. Question is I can't find what fare class they are in to see if it qualifies.

Any ideas where I can find this?

From this page on the VS web site

Qualifying flights are: Economy (Y, B, L and M classes on all routes), Premium Economy (W, K, H and S classes) and Upper Class (J, D and Z classes). Miles Plus Money fares, special offers and complimentary upgrades will not qualify for miles. Travel on codeshare flights and partner airlines will not qualify for miles

ITBSC but If the upgrade was to PE (which if i remember it was) then you will be able to get miles through the MMF referal as all PE class tickets are eligbale for the MMF miles earning (obviously tickets upgraded to PE with miles would not be eligable).

Andy - their fare class will be printed on their original e-ticket, in brackets after the flight details (i.e LGW-MCO VS027 (W) )

One small point. It has to be a round trip in one of the qualifying classes.

The original e-ticket was for economy as we paid for an upgrade the other day to PE, but if all PE classes are covered thats even better.

Yes this site does seem to have the effect on you doesn't it, I have to go shopping for new things all the time now just so I can earn miles through my Credit Card[ii](my excuse anyway)
