Hi all

I welcome the introduction of the updated booking engine on va.com, especially as you can now see what class you are booking when it gives you the price.
However, I don't seem to be able to select the class (e.g. 'L') when I book, i.e. I can only choose 'lowest' (usually N) or 'flexible' (full Y).
Am I doing something wrong or is it still no possible to do this?

Cheers
Andy

AFAIK, it's not possible, it just tells you what class you are booking in though, which is an improvement.

I sent an email to VS about exactly this point yesterday.
For me, it would be good to see how much an X class fare is, compared to N class, so that I can get full points and TPs.

At the moment I still have to ring the FC for this information.

I will let you know what reply, if any, I get from VS.

My wife and I noticed this too and when booking our Nov trip to London ended up calling VS to book on the phone.

She talked to the agent and got X Class tix for the same price as N Class tix so yay us!
