UCS TO DELHI?

Hi

New to the forun and Virgin flights. I need some help loooking to book a Upper Class ticket from LHR to Delhi in Sept 2006 and was hoping i would get UCS on my plane how likely is it.

Does anyone have any experience travelling to this sector with Virgin what was it like is it worth getting the ticket .

Also what is the Lounge like in LHR do you have to pay extra for the saloon and spa

Hi Amitav, and a warm welcome to the site. If you have a look here there is a statistical analysis of the aircraft, in flight entertainment and suit/non-suit status of all flights to all destinations. It is under the travel tools section from the home page, and there are some other tools and tips you may find useful there. For your flight, the data is pretty clear, and it is good news and bad news. There is nil chance you will get v-port, the best entertainment system, although the system you get is not bad (there is also a functional description of the system from this page got to by clicking on the system name). However there is a really good chance, I would say a certainty, that you will get suites.

Everything in the lounge at LHR is free as the wind. Drinks, a proper meal, internet, treatments. Remember your swimming trunks so that you can have a dip in the hot tub! It is a great lounge, and I am sure you would enjoy it.
