Why is Revivals only open to serve those people coming off a flight arring in the morning?
It's not just those of us flying from the US that have been sat on a plane for hours and are in need of a shower! Especially since my PVG flight arrives in the afternoon, and timings will work perfectly for the CDC to drop me directly at the pub in the evening.
It would be nice to grab a shower before arriving there though.

I agree. I think it must be because they are trying to cope with people who are travelling from the US and going straight on to a meeting or work. I know I was certainly grateful for it for that.

I agree too, but they are going after the East Coast flights and such it seams. Sad really as in all the marketing the show Revivals as a huge benefit.

Hot Showers...Well I hear they may really happen now!

I wish they were open longer too. The flights I normally get back arrive after 2pm and it would be great to have a shower after being on a plane for 12/13 hours

The Revivals opening times do seem to fit in with the majority of the VS arrivals(obviously not all). I guess with the limited number of UC pax that arrive after the 1:30pm closing and with only a certain % of those who will actually use Revivals it is just not practical/sensible to keep it open for longer.

I have it on good authority that the showers are hot again!:D

Oh, and let's not forget the showers in the Clubhouse -- another big advantage for UC pax.

The assumption must be that:
1. If you're on the outbound leg of your journey (i.e. not based in the UK) you'll go to your hotel.
2. If you're on the inbound, you just want to get home.

Revivals is aimed at early arrivals who can't yet check in to a hotel.

I can confirm the shower are hot, the pressure is high and the water plentiful. As of this morning anyway.
