Review the state of the UCS more often. Some are looking tatty now and not what you expect for the time in service.

There are a couple of modifications to the suite which are currently being fitted which should see some of the problem areas become much more 'tough' and keep the appearance longer.

That is good news, for a flagship product it does lend itself to getting scuffed very quickly - my last flight back on a relatively new 346 was showing serious tears and wear, clearly where pax had banged their luggage against the stools in particular. Very thin leather has been used which could be protected better. Look forward to it.

IFE on all the time, with an interruption for the safety cartoon, which BTW still cracks me up.

Better wine - the wine served is not bad but I think should be closer in quality to that served on F class on other airlines (not US airlines, their selections are uniformly dire and pretty cheap usually too). For great wines served onboard, refer to Howard Long's Dom Perignon trip on Emirates. the wines don't need to be that standard but they should be a notch above where they are now.

Name recognition is very important - if United can manage this at mealtimes, surely VS can.

My suggestion for an addition would be an optional Polaroid photo taken of you in your seat by the IFBT that she would then place in a paper picture frame that says: "I'm Upper Class!" and have the Virgin logo in the corner. You would then be presented with the photo for taking home. Imagine how fun the cabin would get during this pass-through! Too fun!

I remember flying Emirates in Y where they had a polaroid camera and took our photos, giving them too us in a Emirates cardboard surround! The cabin crew had great fun with it as they sneaked up on us rather than allowing us to pose [:0]
