VS027 Delays.

Hi guys I was just wondering if anyone can shed any light as to why VS027 is almost always subject to some form of delay leaving LGW.

I have noticed this since the security scare that recently happened and of course most airlines were subject to delays during that time, but the 27 never seems to leave on time since then, well not according to the flight times listed on VA, its just we travel on that flight in 3 weeks and I'm preparing myself for a delay but it sure is frustrating to not know why.

Travelled on this flight a few weeks ago and left on time, however this was with a light load of passengers. If this flight had been full it would have left late due to the at gate security checks which were taking some passengers over an hour to get through even though the flight was called to board 2 hours before departure time.

Yep its the security issues, And don't forget these flights suffer a knock on effect, if they are late leaving LGW/MAN they'll be late arriving in MCO and leaving again. We experienced this last week, though only a short delay both ends in comparison to some earlier in the week.
