Camera Films??

Does anyone know what you do with camera films now? Before all this happened you were told explicitly to put them in hand luggage and get them hand checked as the scanning done on hold baggage will damange films. If you now have to check the films whats the point taking any photos on holiday with a film camera?

Buy a digital?

As it stands currently - you can take your camera with you as long as its packed in your luggage. Just dont take any film then there is no risk of x-ray exposure.

Buy the film in the US and snap away - you can bring the camera and film back in your hand luggage from the US.
