Finally racked up enough miles to organise a trip for Mrs. mdvipond and myself. Planning on 08/11 LHR-LAX VS007 and back on 18/11 SFO-LHR VS020. Correct me if I'm wrong, but are we looking at Suites both ways with these flights/dates?

....sugar for my honey? Oh dear - now that song's stuck in my head :D

Certainly the return VS20 should have UCS since VS' TV ads are stating UCS on all JFK & SFO routes from 1st July. I'd also guess that VS7 in November should be UCS - have a look at http://www.v-flyer.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1406 :)

Cheers

Hi mdvipond,

I just did a quick check on expedia, and its currently showing that the outbound VS7 is the old J2000 config, although as Michael said, SFO will be (and is showing) to be a suite 747.

Although the outbound config could be due to change by November as reported on here Suite fittings are going well. ;)

Cheers.

Apologies for the wanton misuse of Searchers' lyrics. Ta muchly for the info. One more quicky - I'm avoiding VS023/4 in the belief that this will be suiteless for some time to come. Am I still on the right track?

I get the feeling that the UCS conversion is going pretty well, so the vast majority of the LHR fleet should be done by the end of Summer - if not before :)

Cheers
