Hey folks
I've been trying to book an flight from HNL to maui but when I go to pay for the flight it only gives me the option to enter the hawaiian airlines number and no option for my flying club number.

Anyone booked with them before and are able to help?

I've flown with them a couple of times, honestly though i'm useless, I just give the check-in agent my FC card no matter what airline I fly.

To be honest most of the HA staff don't even know VS is one of their partner airlines - once we even had to show them their leaflet about their alliances before the realised. Having said that I've phoned prior to departure and asked on the day for my FC number to be put in and they say sure it's in and they never have been. Keep your itineraries and receipts and boarding passes as it's probably easier to post them to The Office when you get back (this was confirmed to us on our last trans pacific FSM who's brother-in-law is the goal keeper for midlesborough and he said just send them back to Crawley when you get home.

We also had a good result with our trip from Maui to Hilo where we changed from a direct to via HNL and got a TP for each flight even though we were ticketed just Maui-Hilo.

Sorry should have mentioned can only book through expedia or we went through travelocity who went out their way to be helpful. Still don't rely on you FC numbers goinf accross. Are you flying FC trans-pas or interisland?

The best flight is Maui to Honolulu which from push back to doors open last 1200 secibds - we didn't even have enough time to drink all our coke before the decent.

Enjoy. A word of caution, when are you travelling, if it is in a few months make sure you keep track of our itinerary because the are infamous for changing flight numbers and times (as they really are like buses out there) and sometime travelocity/expedia have problems getting hold of you. Before you fly phone HA direct and confirm your itinerary and then each individiual interisland just for peace of mind.

I managed to book flights earlier this year on the HA website.

As far as I recall, I just entered my address as normal,
with a zipcode of 000000, and it worked fine![:w]
