The PE kit is the same as the Y kit. I don't believe there are any plans to change this.

Sorry my mistake, mind plays tricks on you and the grand age of 15.

I was expecting a different PE kit as well. Mainly from the announcement on V-flyer which says

The new additional services include dedicated cabin crew, a redesigned meal service and dedicated amenity kit.

I'm sure that this was originally on the VS websitre as well but I can't find it now.

Cheers,
Brian.

That is the old SpaceNK zippered bag (we have several at home), i think it was around 2002 they were out? Frankly, (IMO) they were the best amenity kit that VS ever offered. I still use my 'Groom for a View' mirror on a daily basis. I'm all for innovation, but sometimes things 'just work' and when they do, bring them back!

Thanks,
Sarah

They were good for trinkets, like the mirror/clothes brush, and post-flight prezzies, but utterly useless for on the flight - unless you planned to wash your hair in the toilet sink.

Wasn't too enamoured of the corduroy eye-mask either. Looked like it could have been made from teachers elbow-pad offcuts! ;)

Mike

Just got back from a trip to Newark. PE Both ways. Both ways the amenity kit was the same as the Y. Large plastic bag on the way out, pencil case pastic bag on the way back.

Had a dedicated menu though. I will scan the menu and upload shortly
