VH read these forums!

Just had a message from a post on these forums from a Virgin Holidays staff member. Very helpful and answered the questions for me so that was nice.

Wasn't aware VH read these forums but they obviously do.

Andy, there is a lot of staff presence on this site both VAA and VH and they do take note of the comments and have on more than one occasion responded directly to the poster as with yourself.
