LHR 744 UC Question

Is it better to sit upstairs or in the nose section. 3 seats just popped up for my flight next monday from SFO-LHR and i was wondering if i should switch.

SFO - LHR, I'd sleep upstairs. Quieter, and technically a longer bed.
