I havent been able to access my flight within my account in order to update my details for flying to the US 2moro... I have been trying for the last few days and I keep getting proxy errors. Anyone else experience these kind of issues?

Where are you accessing the website from? Proxy errors are usually associated with company internet access. In which case have you tried from home? If you are at home it MAY be possible that your ISP is using a CACHE or PROXY

Are you entering the details manually or using the link after logging into your FC account?

Try entering the details manually and seeing if that helps. [?]

OOps, I telephoned earlier to say I couldn't access manage my booking, after about half an hour was told by UCS line that it had been reported and would be attended to.

Okay so its back up now... but when I click my booking to update it... I get

"Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found"

Sorry this was the error I was receiving before... sigh...

I think Locutus's advice may help if indeed you are going to your booking the way he says. This link has been broken for some time. If you have your e-ticket number or booking reference try the manual route

Well it's all back up and running now but they have attached an online survey with it.
Talk about bad timing the questions are about the web site [B)]
Now let me see...........

Has anyone been able to get a list of their future booking in the update booking section since the web site was updated a few weeks ago?

All mine are missing and I have mentioned it each time I have spoken to Virgin over the last couple of weeks but no-one seemed to be aware there was an issue.

I have just found all my locators again and had to call Virgin a couple of times to find 2 I have lost the email to.

I have now printed them all out on pieces of paper, now that is progress :)

I get a list of the bookings. However, clicking on them brings up an errot. Normally they are totally missing when a flight change has happened - they change the link to try and ensure you ring in, then they can tell you about the change.

I've completed the survey and hit them hard for the 'Manage Flights' issue - it's been complete rubbish since the upgrade/change to the website. Not good that it's taking so long to fix!

Shame, really as the rest of the product's pretty good.

No. it's got better. I have more to read now on the error page when I try to retreive my booking. Now I get

"Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address."

Yep, that's the error I have been getting when trying to update my booking for some weeks. If you enter the manual details it should work hunky dory.
