VS.

I thought so too [?]

However, a recent TR by Gavin, suggests that he did not get his first choice of meal in PE because they had run out [:?]

BTW, the new PE amenity kit sounds great. A nice finish to the new PE product. Thanks for the info JS.

No the food is different.

The current food in PE from London-US is Chicken Tikka, Sausages/Mash and Tomato Pasta.

Whilst the food in Y from London-US is Chicken/Pasta, Mushroom Risotto and Beef Stew.

The meals are different in each class on the inbound flights too.

That should be shouted from the rooftops by VS. They need to let the "normal" passengers know that there IS a bigger difference now between VS Econ and PE classes and the better choice than other charters premium services.

What is the rollout of the new PE seats?
When do the poor mans PE (LGW/MAN routes) get the spanking new PE seats?
Anyone know?

It contains a pen, eyeshades, socks, earplugs, toothbrush and toothpaste all presented in a stylish wallet.

Great news Jetstreamer, ignore the naysayers [}:)]

Especially good if socks are in it both ways.

Jetstreamer, thanks for the info. I've just booked a PE flight to SFO on the 19th, I'll be glad to report back here when I get to see them in person.

For what it's worth, many US carriers provide nothing for Atlantic trips.

Jetstreamer, thanks for the info!
I didn't realise a new PE kit was on the cards. Suppose it makes good sense with the move away from PE just being Y with different seats attitude.
My next flight is the 9th to 12th so will just miss it, still I'm sure they don't plan changing it again before May!

Just out of interest is it in one of those see through plastic wallet type things with a zippy on it, I find those very usefull in Florida themeparks for keeping my cash n stuff dry. If so I will ask the CC to go get me one when I am in Upper this Oct.

Hi Sunsational
Do you need entrance into the Clubhouse on the 14th. We are on the VS15 that day to MCO and are planning to get to the Clubhouse about 8.30 if that's any good for you.

The NPE kits will be the same on both sectors (so you will get socks on flights to the UK as well [^]).

I await with baited breath the soprano soloist, especially when duetting with that well-known baritone (or is it bass) Tiny Tim
