I noticed today, that my future booking is visible again automatically when I go into the Update Booking area.

It appeared to break around the time that part of the web was updated, and the same time they had some system issues.

I'm about to make another booking this week, so I'll be able to check that out myself.

It's bound to be down to a slight schedule change of your outbound flight. For some reason VS remove these flights from your on-line listing, even if the change is by only a few minutes. Every time I've called them when one of my flights has disappeared they say "we were going to inform you of a schedule change". However, I have never been informed by VS, it has always been on my own initiative that I've been told - the most recent episode relating to VS400's schedule changing slightly. The flight then shows again minutes after talking to VS. I would have thought it would be far more productive to simply email customers with schedule changes rather than remove the flight from your listing and get people worried!

Thanks
James

Well spotted James, thats exactly what appears to have happened. Just check the schedule by trying to book another flight for the same day. They appear to have changed the departure time of V021 on the 2nd June from 12:00 to 11:30, presumably as a result of the second daily service they have listed going to IAD now. I e-mail VA customer services last week about the 'missing' flight details, still no reply though [:(]

Just give then a call Alan, the flight will then show immediately afterwards! Beats me though why VS cause all this hassle for themselves & their customers when they really don't have to!

Perhaps the ticket has not yet been issued. It will only show after that

My online booking is automatically showing both future trips to SFO and LAX, so it looks like it's back to normal.
