Depends on how long you play for an for how much. I gave up a while back as I found most of the time you were losing far more than you ever won, and even after playing through a few £100 of bets, you barely made 50 miles. Easier to be honest to spend the money on either a case of wine (750 miles + something to drink) or just by buying the miles (£30 for 1000 is it?)

Agreed - TBH I don't even see what the point of them offering miles for poker play is, given how ludicrously poor the earning rate is. If it was something like 10 miles to the £ then maybe I'd use it.
