So sitting here in the Presidents club waiting for my redeye flight to NY I really wish I was about to board a VA flight, I guess I'll just have to be happy with the thought I'm getting miles and 2 tier points for what I'm about to endure....



Oh and out of interest will FC members get tier points / miles for flying VA ?

I seem to recall the answer is no. Though I'm not sure if it is confirmed ... perhaps a tie-up wouldn't help with the approval process?

There is no mileage affiliation for FC members on Virgin America, David; sorry. By the time the US Congress finishes tinkering with VX it will be a victory just to retain the airline's name![}:)]

I guess I'm stuck using partner airlines until I renew my gold (again), then I can give VA a whirl
