I take it you will still be able to OLCI and not print off your boarding card?

Yep, most passengers will want to use the bag drop so this has to be the most popular option...:D

I cannot see more than 5-10% of people printing their boarding pass and not checking any luggage...:)

Plus, if I'm travelling in UC I want my nice purple boarding pass. ;)

In any case I am nerdy enough to keep the boarding pass stubs and it really will not be the same with the home print-out

Well turned up at LHR on Monday (02/04/07), family in tow, with 3 PYOBP's in my possession for VS350....

Duly swopped for 3 nice new boarding cards as advised "not sure what we do with these..." at bag drop off[?]

Never mind, arrived in Mumbai despite this:D

Just thought. Has anyone tried to print off boarding cards whilst still owing APD, in which case you can avoid paying, as you don't go to the check-in desk, or will bag drop pick up on it

Even if you did avoid (or should that be evade) APD in this way, I think you may find you have a few issued that can only be resolved by producing a credit card when you come to board the aeroplane.
