So, on entering any feedback to customer services, the website apparently won't allow apostrophes. They're not "english" and get translated into "#1118;"s

What's slightly more alarming is the error message they provide:

Please enter information in English, we apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Classic! [ii]

But if you're going to complain about MY English, at least have the courtesy to illustrate your complaint with correct spelling/grammar...!

Given the amount of stuff I buy online nowadays, somewhat concerned that in the past 8 years I have only ever booked one flight direct at virgin-atlantic.com (yes there was an online discoutn been added). Rather speak to a human than some badly coded website.

Thanks,
Richard

The VS website made it's first £1m in 24 hours on Tuesday - the e-commerce team are very proud.

Now perhaps they can spend some of that cash on employing someone who can spell. [:p]
