I'm getting a bit frustrated at the randomness of claiming missing miles. I buy a reasonable amount of wine from Virgin Wines (hic [:w])and each time I check to make sure they have my FC number on my account. Yet it's pretty hit and miss whether I will get the miles credited automatically.
The real fun starts when trying to claim the missing miles [:(!]. Why should it be that every time you call FC to ask where they are the first question is "Did you send your claim recorded delivery?". I have done this in the past and they still didn't credit them (as others have mentioned previously too). Is the postal service that bad in Crawley?[?]
Anyway does anyone have the fax number for FC (as I have used this in the past when a previous claim went missing a number of times) but stupidly I didn't keep it.
It sometimes seems VS make it as difficult as possible to claim possibly in the hope people will give up.
