My survey came on screen yesterday & because of the answers I gave to various questions I had to compare VA & Emirates, not easy on some questions.[:(]

I've also noticed there's an interuption to the normal FC call routing system when you call in, asking if I want to take part in a survey, to press 1 and leave my email address.

The marketing department's "research budget" must have just been approved, I'd say...

I noticed this the other day when the Premier number was down and called in on the Gold number instead. What is it though with these prizes of 2 trips in Economy to selected destinations?
