UVF flight over 8 hours late

Was at LGW today and the UVF flight never left until 17:15. I guess it's not going to make very much of the time up so we should be expecting a few knock-on delays over the next few days.

Could be because they're short of an a/c - the inbound VS44 from LAS is running 30 hrs late, not due in this afternoon until after 16:00.

Does anyone know whay the Vegas is running that late. Looking at flight status it has 2 departure times on the same day.

Don't know, but we had some people in the hotel that said the flight was canceled yesterday.
