Hi all

Having never flown with Hawaiian Airlines before, can someone please tell me what is the correct procedure for making sure I get my airmiles, as HA are one of VS's partners.

Do I just show my flying club cards on the day of the flight?

Thanks [y]

Yeah, just show it to the check in agent, they will probably stare at you in confusion, at most airports they have a list of their partner airlines on the wall behind them..tell them to turn around and look at it.

Keep hold of you ticket stub just in case so you can send it in if need be.

Did you upgrade at the airport? ...have you chased VS about crediting them?

I flew with them a couple of years ago and ended up having to post in by BCs but the miles and TPs were credited within a couple of weeks.

no I booked the first class through expedia. figured a couple hundred miles wasn't really worth the effort

Flying F interisland still entitles you to tier points. One for each flight meaning it's quite easy to top up your points especially for flights such as maui where a 20min flight nets you 1 TP each way.
