Decker,
I had a look at one of the seat maps, for VS3. At least from the seat map, it appears that there are unassigned seats in all classes. So, maybe a glitch?

Thanks, Juliet. Was EF incorrect then, in showing seats unassigned? When I looked there were perhaps two dozen in Y, 2-3 in J and 1-2 in W.

Unassigned means exactly that. Seats need to be held back until check in to accommodate families etc. So there are a bunch of people out there with tix but no seat assignments... would be my guess

I'm partially to blame with 5 seats on VS17 for the family.
