LAS Departure Time Change

Anyone know why the departure time to LAS has changed.

Just had an email saying

Your original flight details were as follows:

FLIGHT NO FROM TO DEPARTURE ARRIVAL
VS 043 London Gatwick - Las Vegas 1115 1430

Your new flight details are as follows:

VS 043 London Gatwick- Las Vegas 1045 1430

Heavy headwinds?

I've just had an E - Mail about my Orlando flights for November being moved from 10.45am till 11.15am [}:)]

I just thought it was weird as the arrival time is still the same.

I'm going on Nov 22nd.

So it would seem that the MCO has swapped with the LAS. Has your arrival time changed too?
