The fact that he doesn't have to go back to jail is interesting. I will be interested, when the story is fully reported, to know what his blood / alcohol level was. The story is still quoting the screeners smelling his breath.

Newschannl8 has this update which says he resigned from VAA in March.

He was indicted on a felony charge "attempting to operate an aircraft while under the influence" because he was allowed [V] to plead guilty to a lesser misdemeanor charge "interfering with the operation of an aircraft" I doubt that the US courts will release any info on Blood/Alcohol levels.
