Consolidating miles

I have just been gathering a few of the miles from the many different accounts I have and wondered if there was a good guide anywhere to how to convert between programs.

I know Hilton is fairly flexible, is not that generous.

There is an excellent conversion tool on Webflyer, but I don't think any conversions offer great value.
