VS73 MAN/MCO

We've just booked onto VS73 in Club Orlando but I'm at a loss to understand the seats we have been allocated. The agent has booked us into rows 6 & 7 and insisting that these rows are upstairs. It was my understanding that this service was to be operated with a 744-LGW and according to the seat plan those rows are downstairs. Even if they use one of the 742's rows 6 & 7 are still downstairs.

Does anyone know for sure what equipment is scheduled for the 73 when it starts operation please?

It will be a LGW based 747-400 with club orlando taking up rows 6 to 12 on the main deck in the nose of the aircraft.

The res agent must have got confused but dont worry.

Thanks very much Declan. We were unfortuante to have our holiday plans spoilt by hurricane Frances and rearranging everything has posed one or two problems. You have helped to put another one to rest.
