Just tried to check my account and found it was locked with a note to contact the Flying Club.

A simple phone call and it was unlocked, the lady on the phone had no idea why it was locked. Nothing appears amiss - no unauthorised redemptions. [:?]

Anyone else had that problem?

It's happened to me a few times before. Once when I couldn't remember by password and a couple of times (in quick succession) when I think somebody else couldn't remeber their username.

I also had it for no apparent reason - but at least a quick phone call resolved it

I had this problem and was told it happened because my husband put my email on his account details (I check the home email far more than he does) and it doesn't recognise two names with the same email.

No problems here mate - maybe they're upgrading your account to a pensioner's special? [:D][:o)][;)]

It seems not to be the only problem this afternoon. For the last 1.5 hours everytime I try to book it informs me that 'Our on-line booking facility is currently disabled.'

Maybe they have altered your account to 'lifetime' in recognition of your sterling contribution to V-Flyer[}:)]
