Hi,

I'm thinking of booking a flight from
heathrow to hong kong,
hong kong to sydney,
sydney to dubai
dubai to heathrow

Is there anyway to book a multicity like that online?

Thanks for any info [:)]

Sure - you can do this on any travel site, Travelocity, Expedia etc etc. Each has some limit on what you can do with each leg (eg I don't think Travelocity will let you choose different classes of service for different legs). At some point you might need to call an airline. If you were doing 3 out of 4 with Virgin on the above routing, for example, VS will certainly be able to find you a suitable option for Sydney to Dubai.

Or just call a travel agent who will be more impartial than calling an airline direct...

I say again - or a travel agent who will be more impartial that calling a tour operator/airline direct - and save you money!

Is there an echo in here?[:)]

If you are refering to VH barnstaple, remember they have access to most airlines not just VS and can put a package together for flights and hotels, often with good discounts. Try it one day, you may be pleasantly suprised. [ii]

Dont forget the OP did ask whether such a fare could be booked online. I have historically use Expedia for this kind of thing to give me an idea on routings and costs before I get anywhere close to wanting to book.

Thanks,
Sarah

I agree Sarah, research is key but I wouldn't want to leave this sort of complex booking to the click of a mouse. For me, I prefer dealing with an accountable human being at the time of booking.
