Retro Credit/Claims for FC Miles

I stayed at a hilton about 45 days ago. I have faxed copies of the recipits and call and then was told that they had got them and she would process them right away. NOTHING HAPPENED. is this normal??

Certainly in the UK, VS have got a LOT better at posting partner miles. They used to be very slow, BUT they always got there in the end, for me at least. I have no experience of how long points take to post on US accounts though.

If your stay was 45 days ago, how long ago did they tell you thay had the receipts?

Unless you are desperate for the points to post, so that you can redeem them, I would be tempted to leave it for a couple ofweeks more, before giving VS a nudge about them.
