UC availability

OK, so I'm probably being the proverbial dumb ***k here, but I've just been looking on that super Availability Tool doobery for VS033, LGW-ANU, 17/04/04. It shows no available UC seats (J,D,Z)- REQUESTED CLASS OF SERVICE UNAVAILABLE, to be precise. It shows no PE, but does have Y from row 34. Meanwhile, Expedia show a standard LGW 747 UC layout with a few free seats.

I'm already booked UC on this flight, so no big deal, just a little curious really...

I didn't bother entering a class of service and I got this

LGW ANU 17/1045 1425 VS 33 J3 D3 Z1 W0 S0 K0 Y7 B7 L7 744
LGW ANU 16/1055 1435 VS 33 J4 D4 Z4 W4 S7 K4 Y7 B7 L7 744
LGW ANU 14/1030 1410 VS 33 J4 D4 Z3 W2 S2 K2 Y7 B7 L7 744

so the 17th goes at 10:45 and seems to have 3 J etc...

How can i access that booking tool?

It would be great to look at my upcoming flights, or is it only accessable by certian people?

Load the web page then just click one of the pics to download the setup program

It's available to all but does cycle it availability - up for 2 hrs then down for 5 hrs every day

You could always try the Amex version. Doesn't show up W class, but still useful.

Can I ask, with these avaiability checkers the highest number of seats I ever seem to see is 7 in each class, does anyone know is this the default, or am I just magically always looking at flights with only 7 seats in each class

E.G.: J7 D7 Z7 S7 Y7 B7 L7 M7 Q7 X0 N0 0 0
Granted X N O are Zero but this is august

I always took that to mean there's at least 7 seats available in that class, since whenever I've gone to travel agents before and they've looked up flights/holidays on the screen that's typically what they'll say

Yes, 7 is the default number and in real terms it means the class is wide open.

I've noticed that with Availability tool, it will not show a seat map when there's no availability in that particular cabin.
