Soon on the Virgin Atlantic website;

Tier Point Tracker
Making it easier to understand how close you are to attaining or retaining your flying club status, VS are introducing a tool to let you see exactly where you are and what you'll need. I understand this will also allow you to enter future flights, so you can see whether your planned travel will get you were you want to be.

Those of you who took part in the Tier Point Tracker test on VirginFlyer will now understand why that tool never went live - since I was tipped off this new VS tool was coming (and there's no point duplicating!).

Missing Miles Claims
If you forgot to quote your flying club number when flying VS, you'll now be able to go into a new tool, enter the booking reference and get the miles credited immediately. A big step forward. Dunno yet whether they'll have the ability to query partner airlines - but an instant VS credit is pretty damn cool.

Well done Virgin - great new improvements. Keep 'em coming.

Both developements are excellent news.

It isn't partner airlines that are my problem getting posted, it is hotel stays - I nearly always have to send a gentle reminder.

Excellent news - did VS base their new tool on yours? ;)
Both developments are welcome news, any ideas just when they'll happen?

Cheers
