Am I eligible for FF miles

I booked a flight on Expedia with this fare basis: QKXUSAOR.
It said that ticket MAY not qualify for FF miles.
But I thought all Q fares are eligible. Am I right?
What about getting partner miles, say Delta?

You should be ok for the VS flight in Q, and you can check here for partner airlines fare codes that qualify.

Be wary though - I thought I'd booked a 1st cls "F" fare with Delta via Travelocity earlier on this year. When I queried why only economy miles had posted to my FC account, I had to ring DL and they told me it was an economy fare with a free upgrade to 1st! [V]
