I have received two replys, one from my contact who informs me there will be changes soon to I-Fly too, to provide more useful and useable information, something we have campaigned for for some time...

AVAILABLE NOW - CLAIM MISSING MILES IN AN INSTANT
Now you are able to go to your flying club online account, head to the 'Your Account' section and under 'Claim Missing Miles' you'll find our new "Claim missing miles in an instant function".
As the name suggests, this allows you to automatically claim any flown Virgin Atlantic miles
that are missing from your account. After a successful claim, you'll then be able to view the transactions on your online statement immediately.
All you'll need to be able to use this new function in an online account, your flight details and your Virgin Atlantic Booking Reference.
We'll then validate your claim, update your account and you display your new mileage balance - all in an instant.
TIER POINT CALCULATOR
To make it easier for you to know how close you are to renewing your flying club status or moving towards a tier upgrade, we'll be introducing a new 'Your Tier Points' page.
The page's interactive display allows you to see exactly how many tier points you've earned to date, and how many more you'll require to achieve an upgrade into a higher flying club tier.
This should make it much easier for you to keep up to date and to plan your travel to maximise your tier status and the benefits you can get from your membership.
