Flying Club Mastercard Points

I got my MC statement on 10th this month and my points haven't posted yet. Has anyone else noticed a delay, spoke to Virgin credit card and they told me that they had sent the info over to FC. They're normally really reliable and post on 10th at latest? anyone else has a problem or delay this month?

no problems here. Cycle closes around 6th and points posted a few days later.

I've had the card for a couple of months and the miles have not yet been credited as MBNA didn't put my Flying Club number on the application....

I phoned MBNA ( Good customer service, I have to say ) and they corrected the problem and put me over to the Virgin Members administration team who confirmed it will all go in next month.

The lady said in case of query over points they should be called rather than MBNA. The number is 08456 102000.

A call to them may move things along a bit.
