No it doesn't even have a toilet,It's the most basic of them all.Still it does offer a small microwaved menu, champagne and a great view of the runway.

Not a scratch on the LHR clubhouse. Still, I would prefer it to any of the BA LHR lounges. It has a decent sized menu and there is always an attendant that going about that you can ask for more. I remember the F lounge at T4 LHR (BA) where a couple of Indian guys were just sitting chatting around and I had to ask several times for my bacon buttie.

This was my first trip on Virgin and I was shocked how much better than BA they were. There was not one single thing that BA does better with regards to service. You dont have to get the drinks yourself. Virgin really have just looked closely at BA and figured out every possible way to improve on BA.

I know wonder why there are so many die hard BA fans on flyertalk. I really have been converted with 1 flight.

CryptKeeper was it you who missed the vs901 if so how was it resolved?

Agree with you 100% that even the weakest VS clubhouse mullers BAs offerings food and floor service wise. I was amazed that the only real food offered in the seattle BA first lounge was 1 plate of sad sarnies.I do like the Concorde room at LHR but the food & service are not a patch on any clubhouse(I have visited everyone but Newark).
