Whats on the screen?

I know that when VS staff at the airport look at the screen with your details, it can tell them 'suitable for upgrade' and other important info, but what else is there? I gather that FF info is there?

For instance, i have bought and paid for my next 4 VS flights, will they be able to see those bookings?

If so, what about partner airlines?

I just wondered what exactly they were reading about you, whether it was only related to your flight on that day, or whether you had a 'profile' of some sort, detailing your VS activity? Would certainly help identify the real FF's

ive always wanted to know this, after speaking to the gentleman (well chatting up lol)!! in reservations he said he would put a nice note on my file - to hopefully get an upgrade or something, but i never asked anymore....

They can only see things regarding your present journey and nothing into the future so the agent would not see you have four flights coming up.

Also shows stuff about your booking, ur ticket number, travel agent details, FF, any Limo information, pick up and drop off, contact number and any special assistance remarks or wheelchairs and special meals.

Its all quite coded if you saw what the agent was typing you would be like 'WOW'!! cos its quite a complicated computer system with lots of entries.
