VIRGIN ATLANTIC OFFERS UPPER CLASS PASSENGERS
THE FEEL GOOD FACTOR

Virgin Atlantic is working with the Fiona Harrold Consultancy to offer its Upper Class passengers ‘Life Coaching’ in its Heathrow Clubhouse. Everyday in October, Upper Class passengers can take advantage of a complimentary 30 minute session with an experienced life coach before they take their Virgin Atlantic flight.

Life coaching is a set of techniques and strategies to help people achieve their goals and is the fastest growing method of personal and professional success in the world.

Dee Cooper, Head of Product for Virgin Atlantic commented:

“We are delighted to offer this unique service to Upper Class passengers in October. This is the first in a series of ‘feel good’ services that we are planning to introduce in the coming months.

“We are always looking at ways to enhance the Clubhouse experience for our passengers and whether they have a hair cut, a massage, their shoes shined or simply wish to sample the menu and relax, we think there is something for everyone to enjoy.”

Fiona Harrold at the Fiona Harrold Consultancy commented added:

“We are delighted to be working with Virgin Atlantic to offer their passengers ‘Life Coaching’ before they fly. Life Coaching helps people take better control of their lives and develop practical ways to achieve more of their goals.

“We are sure that Virgin Atlantic passengers will enjoy these sessions and benefit from speaking to some of the country’s leading life coaches.”

Upper Class passengers can pre-book a 30 minute complimentary session by contacting the Clubhouse before they fly. It is also possible to book an appointment on arrival at the Clubhouse pending availability.

Well I suppose complimenting you is one way of making you "feel good" but still... [:o)]

I'd feel good (or at least better) about the Clubhouse if VS improved the quality of service (more full time rather than contract staff) and reinstituted a book system for V.Touch, never mind this "Life Coaching" nonsense. [}:)]

And a practical way of meeting my life goal of eating decent food on a plane these days seems to be to travel BA not VS!

First L-shaped double beds, now life coaching. Somebody needs to give the marketing department a gentle reminder that we aren't all stupid enough to fall for this rubbish. [V]

Could we have something useful please like improvements to PE/Econ.?

I'd be interested to know whether this is a real VS promotion, or whether the Life Coaching company is paying for access as a way to promote their product to a desirable group of target customers.

I can pretty much guarantee that VS is not paying for this alleged service to be available to its customers. [}:)]

The company I work for offers these "Life Coaching" sessions too - must say that I've avoided them at all costs, far too "fluffy" for me [8D]

Cheers
