Flying next week UC MAN - MCO on our second ever flight on Virgin UC. Reading Trip Reports on various routes I am not sure that we got any 'snacks' during our flight and didn't really see the bar used that much either out or return flight. Is this normal? Hopefully we will be a bit more relaxed about everything this time and looking forward to enjoying every minute.

You'll have plenty of snacks available - crisps and nuts can be asked for at any time and don't forget the lighter bites on the freedom menu. Many a time when I've been peckish I've had one of those, or some cheese and biscuits - depending on the menu on the day there'll be lots of options and availability!

Crisps, nuts, fruit, light bites (eg. bacon roll) whenever you want - just ask a member of crew.

if you want to use the bar use it just go up and sit there if there are no crew behind it pop your head in the galley and ask for a drink, snack are plenty and the burgers on the menu look nice as do the veggie pasties. Dont forget you paid for the pleasure of all these things so take full advantage. I hope you have a great crew and a fantastic flight. enjoy the warmer wheather!!!

really hmm i never work in upper as im a junior but im certain there was on my last flight out of LHR to west coast. maybe its a LGW thing, but im sure there is unless of course you get different offering on the shorter flights, also i know they struggle for space in that tiny galley. hmm well i have a LGW flight in a few days so i will go and look for you all. Im sure the menu's are exactly the same though. i'll keep you posted on this one

Thanks for your responses - I thought maybe Manchester was the poor relation! Going on Tuesday in 6A&K so can't really see what is going on behind us - maybe I should ask for a rear view mirror!
